Bell HP5 features a pure carbon shell using autoclave technology, combined with a special expanded polystyrene energy absorbing liner. Tests show that in certain impacts, the Bell HP5 absorbs up to 40% more energy than is required for Snell approval.It features Bell's double screen anti-fog visor with SV mechanism for improved comfort and safety. An Anti-dazzle peak is available seperately, for use in closed cockpit cars.The Bell HP5 weighs only 1290 grams (+/- 5%), making it one of the lightest and safest helmets available in the world. Comes with factory fitted HANS posts. A fleece lined helmet bag is also included.
