Wherever you are in the world we have a range of delivery options to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible!
1. UK DELIVERIES – ROYAL MAIL AND DPD
For deliveries to UK addresses we use Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the total weight and value of your goods. All orders placed online before 12pm midday will be shipped the same day (subject to items all being in stock). Orders with items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before its despatched. We may choose to send out the items in stock first at our discretion and normally only in the event of supplier delays.
DPD will advise a delivery time window on the day of your delivery, providing you have given us a mobile number or email address. As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the shipment and the tracking number for your parcel.
2.WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - DHL EXPRESS
We use DHL Express for all our international shipments. Deliveries to most of Europe are next day, but please check the DHL website for normal delivery times if you are unsure and your requirement is urgent.

Orders with one or more items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before its despatched. As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the shipment and the tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your goods via their website or app.
3. CUSTOMER COLLECTION
You can opt to collect from our Silverstone Showroom during our store opening hours. Before traveling, please await the email stating your order has been “shipped” as this will tell you when your goods will be ready for collection.

We accept returns for any reason within 28 days of delivery. However, you should notify us within the first 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements or to charge for repackaging if packaging is damaged or defaced.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team within 28 days of the date of delivery. We will be happy to arrange for an exchange, subject to availability of the desired item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We will issue the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Excludes the exchange of homologated helmets.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 28 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or 01327 855585 within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with an authorisation code and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization.
PACK AND SEND YOUR ITEMS
Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Items must be returned within 14 days of obtaining return code.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT
Once we have safely received your item and made sure it's in good condition, we will then issue your refund, credit, or exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for Return unless the goods are faulty.
We cannot accept the return of any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
