DELIVERY / RETURNS

Delivery options will vary based on your delivery location and the contents of your basket.

  1. UK Shipping | DPD Next Day

    We use DPD courier service for all UK mail order and web order deliveries, orders placed online before 12pm midday will be shipped the same day (subject to items all being in stock) Orders with items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before its despatched. We may choose to send out the items in stock first at our discretion and normally only in the event of supplier delays. DPD will advise a delivery time window on the day of your delivery provided we have a mobile number or email address.  As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the shipment and the tracking number for your parcel.

  2. Worldwide Shipping | DHL Express

    We use DHL Express for all of our international deliveries, see the DHL website for normal delivery times, most of Europe is next day but check first if you are unsure. Orders placed online before 12pm midday will be shipped the same day (subject to items all being in stock) Orders with one or more items not in stock will be held until the order is complete before its despatched.  As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the shipment and the tracking number for your parcel.

  3. Customer Collection

    You can opt to collect from the shop, please await the email stating your order has been “shipped” as this will tell you when the order is ready for collection. Alternatively you can call us on 01327 855585 to organise this.

  4. Returns Policy

    Goods may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

    1. Items are returned carriage paid to:
      GPR Returns, 1 Silverstone Technology Park, Silverstone NN12 8TN
    2. Items are received in a re-saleable condition.
    3. Items are returned complete and unused with all packaging in good condition.
    4. We reserve the right to charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.
    5. We cannot accept the return of any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
    6. All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name, address, order reference number and reason for return.
    7. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage as you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. For peace of mind, you might like to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance .
    8. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund is approved or rejected.
    9. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days to your bank account (Account Name, Sort Code and Account Number will need to be provided).
    10. Due to hygiene reasons GPR do not accept returns on any underwear items, including: tops, bottoms, balaclavas or socks.

    We may offer to repair any products with clear defects (despite being properly used) Neither GPR nor our suppliers will replace with new goods unless covered by a specific manufacturer’s warranty.
