FLY Racing Formula CP Seal Helmet

Fly Racing has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional performance and outstanding value in the helmet industry. The Formula CP helmets represent the latest innovation within Fly Racing’s groundbreaking Formula helmet family, which showcases cutting-edge technology designed to enhance safety and comfort.

At the heart of the Formula CP helmet’s design is the Adaptive Impact System (AIS). This sophisticated system incorporates a high-performance combination of structural designs and advanced energy-absorbing materials that work together to mitigate the forces of impact. A standout feature is RHEON, a state-of-the-art viscoelastic material specifically refined to significantly improve impact management, far surpassing traditional helmet designs.

The Formula helmet lineup is not only one of the best-selling series in history, but it also sets a new standard within the powersports landscape. With a diverse range of colors and stunning graphic designs, these helmets cater to a wide audience, available in both adult and youth sizes. Whether you’re conquering rugged terrains or enjoying leisurely rides, the Formula CP helmets promise a perfect blend of style, safety, and comfort for every rider.

The FLY Racing Formula CP Seal Helmet is packed with features designed for optimal safety and comfort, making it a top choice for riders. Here are its key features:

ECE/DOT Approved: This helmet meets rigorous safety standards, ensuring reliable protection on the road or track.

Adaptive Impact System (AIS): A cutting-edge technology designed to enhance safety by adapting to different impact scenarios, providing a tailored level of protection.

Lightweight Polycarbonate Alloy Shell: The helmet boasts an extremely lightweight shell made from a durable polycarbonate alloy. This design not only reduces the overall weight but also offers superior penetration resistance, ensuring your safety without compromise.

Impact Energy Cells (RHEON): Incorporating advanced RHEON material, these cells maximise the absorption of both low-speed linear and rotational impacts. This innovative design significantly reduces the forces transmitted to your brain during an accident.

Multi-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Technology: This helmet features a specially engineered EPS that is softer in critical areas, providing a progressive response to impacts. It expertly balances protection across all impact speeds.

Strategically Expanded EPS Volume: Certain areas of the helmet contain additional layers of impact-absorbing EPS. This creates a heightened layer of suspension between your head and the ground, enhancing both comfort and safety.

Augmented Polystyrene EPS Chin Bar: The chin bar is designed with augmented EPS to further mitigate the effects of impacts, providing an extra layer of protection for your jaw and face.

Clavicle Shell Relief Zone: This innovative zone is filled with EPS to help reduce the risk of clavicle injuries, providing a thoughtful design element focused on rider well-being.

Custom Molded Rubber Trim with Integrated Nose Guard: The helmet features a custom rubber trim that not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also includes an integrated nose guard for added protection.

Lightweight Custom Visor Screws and Stainless Steel D-Rings: Built with high-quality materials, these components ensure that the visor and chin straps remain securely in place during your ride.

Quik-Dry Comfort Liner and Quick-Release Cheek Pads: Made from a moisture-wicking, anti-microbial fabric, the comfort liner and cheek pads offer exceptional breathability and ease of cleaning, keeping you comfortable during long rides.

True Functional Ventilation (TFV): The helmet’s innovative ventilation system actively channels air through multiple intake vents, allowing fresh air to flow in while expelling warm air through rear exhaust vents. This feature ensures maximum airflow while you ride.

Included Soft Fleece Helmet Bag: A soft fleece bag is included for safe storage and transport of your helmet, keeping it protected from dust and damage.

Optional Cold Weather Breath Guard: For those chilly rides, an optional breath guard is available for separate purchase, providing added comfort and warmth.

The FLY Racing Formula CP Seal Helmet is designed not just for protection but for a premium riding experience, combining cutting-edge technology with thoughtful user features.
