Introducing the Formula CP helmets, part of the innovative Formula helmet family that sets the standard with advanced technology. The helmets feature the Adaptive Impact System (AIS), which includes a high-performance ecosystem of structural designs and energy-absorbing materials. Notably, RHEON, a cutting-edge viscoelastic material, is utilised to significantly enhance impact management compared to traditional helmet models.

The Formula helmet lineup from Fly Racing is one of the best-selling in history and is unmatched in the powersports industry. These helmets are available in a variety of solid colors and graphic designs, catering to both adult and youth sizes.

Key Features and Benefits of the FLY Racing Formula CP Solid Helmet:

Safety Certifications: This helmet is ECE and DOT approved, ensuring it meets rigorous safety standards for motorcycle helmets.

Adaptive Impact System (AIS): The helmet features an innovative AIS that enhances protection by adapting to various impact conditions, providing riders with confidence on the track.

Lightweight yet Strong Construction: Made from a high-quality polycarbonate alloy, the helmet boasts an incredibly lightweight design that does not compromise on strength or penetration resistance, ensuring optimum performance without weighing you down.

Advanced Impact Energy Cells: Utilising RHEON technology, the Impact Energy Cells are engineered to absorb both low-speed linear impacts and rotational forces. This advanced material significantly reduces the amount of force transferred to the rider’s brain, enhancing safety during crashes.

Multi-Density EPS Technology: The helmet employs a multi-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) structure, featuring tailored zones that respond progressively to varying impact speeds, offering superior protection whether you’re dealing with a gentle bump or a high-speed collision.

Enhanced Impact Absorption: Strategic areas of the helmet incorporate expanded volume EPS, which provides even more cushioning and absorbs impacts more effectively, acting as a suspension layer between your head and the ground.

EPS Chin Bar: This additional element built into the chin area further enhances impact mitigation, safeguarding one of the most vulnerable parts of your head.

Clavicle Shell Relief Zone: Designed with a unique soft zone filled with EPS, this feature helps in minimising the risk of clavicle injuries, making it a smart choice for riders who prioritise safety.

Custom-Molded Rubber Trim and Nose Guard: The meticulously designed rubber trim wraps the helmet snugly, while the integrated nose guard offers extra protection from debris and wind.

Durable Visor and D-Rings: Lightweight custom visor screws and durable stainless-steel D-rings not only contribute to the helmet’s longevity but also ensure reliable function in various conditions.

Optimal Weight: Weighing approximately 1450 grams (+/- 50g for sizes MD/LG), this helmet strikes a balance between strength and comfort, allowing for extended wear without fatigue.

Comfortable Interior: The helmet features a quick-dry comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads made from a washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial material, ensuring that riders stay cool and dry even during intense rides.

True Functional Ventilation (TFV): With its advanced ventilation system, air is drawn in through multiple intake vents while in motion, traveling through strategically aligned channels in the EPS, and exiting through various rear exhaust vents. This design ensures a continuous flow of fresh air, enhancing comfort during long rides.

Protective Storage: Each helmet comes with a soft fleece helmet bag for safe storage and transport, ensuring your investment remains in pristine condition.

Optional Cold Weather Breath Guard: For those chilly rides, an optional breath guard is available, adding an extra layer of comfort by preventing cold air from entering the helmet.

This helmet combines cutting-edge technology with thoughtful design to provide unmatched safety and comfort for riders looking to elevate their experience on the road.
