Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guard

Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guard

Experience unparalleled upper torso protection with the Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guards, designed specifically for riders who demand safety and comfort in extreme conditions. These cutting-edge roost guards feature an innovative BioFoam chassis attachment system that effectively eliminates the risk of injury often caused by traditional plastic rivets. Instead, the guards utilise flexible soft plastics and TPR (thermoplastic rubber) materials that are engineered without harmful high points, ensuring you remain safe during impacts.

Designed with the rider’s needs in mind, the Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guards include strategically placed plastic panels around the neck area. This allows for seamless compatibility with a neck brace, giving you the option to slide the brace underneath the panels or remove them entirely, depending on your specific neck brace design.

Key Features and Benefits of the Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guard include:

Revolutionary BioFoam Chassis: This advanced system replaces conventional injury-prone plastic rivets, opting for softer materials that provide a cushioning effect during impacts.

Integrated Air Channels: Molded directly into the BioFoam, these channels allow hot air to escape, greatly enhancing ventilation and comfort during intense rides.

CE Rated Protection: Constructed with a cutting-edge triple layer of high-density memory foam, this design sits between a durable outer plastic shell and the soft BioFoam, delivering maximum protection from roost and debris.

Dynamic Triple Layer Construction: Unlike typical thick layers, this unique design enables the layers to move independently, dramatically improving impact performance and safety.

Comprehensive Upper Torso Coverage: The full upper torso deflection system ensures broad protection from roost impacts, keeping you safe on the track or trail.

Neck Brace Compatibility: The thoughtfully designed structure accommodates various neck brace designs, allowing for easy integration and adjustment, giving you the freedom to customise your setup.

Easily Removable Chassis: The thermoformed soft BioFoam chassis can be quickly removed and washed, making maintenance a breeze and ensuring you stay fresh on every ride.

Optimal Ventilation: Multiple vents throughout the design facilitate maximum airflow, helping you stay cool and comfortable during long periods of riding.

Customisable Fit: Adjustable shoulder straps provide the perfect fit for every rider, ensuring comfort and security during high-speed maneuvers.

User-Friendly Waist Belt Buckles: Integrated into the chest plastic, these buckles are designed for easy access, allowing for quick adjustments on the go.

Sleek Low-Profile Design: Whether you’re hitting the track or navigating rugged trails, this low-profile structure allows for effortless wear beneath your jersey, maintaining a streamlined appearance.

The Fly Racing Revel Race CE Roost Guards blend advanced technology with thoughtful design, ensuring that every ride is met with confidence, protection, and unmatched comfort. Ideal for serious riders, these roost guards are the perfect companion for your next adventure.
