The vest has a robust waterproof outer shell and intelligently designed internal pockets, specifically tailored to accommodate reusable cooling packs. Waterproof Outer Shell: Crafted from advanced sealed membrane fabric, the outer layer prevents moisture from penetrating, effectively keeping your torso dry. This resistance to external humidity not only enhances comfort but also ensures that the cooling system operates at optimal effectiveness throughout its use.

Breathable Internal Liner: Constructed from high-quality ventilated materials, the internal liner promotes superior air circulation around your body. This feature minimises sweat buildup, allowing for greater comfort and sustained cooling while the inserts are in action.

Removable Low-Profile Cooling Inserts: The vest is equipped with eight slimline cooling packs that fit seamlessly into specially designed internal zip pockets. These inserts can be effortlessly removed for recharging, allowing for continuous usability and reliable cooling between sessions, which is crucial during back-to-back racing events.

Soak and Freeze Activation System: Each cooling insert is designed to absorb water efficiently and is activated by freezing for a minimum of one hour. Once frozen, these inserts provide passive cooling for several hours, varying with ambient temperature conditions. This feature is especially beneficial during intensive pre-race preparations or post-session recovery periods when your body needs to regain optimal temperature.

Supplied with Two Full Insert Sets: The vest comes with a total of 16 inserts, enabling you to keep one set in use while the other is charging. Full-Length Zip Closure: The front zip design is not only functional but also enhances convenience. How It Works

1. Soak the inserts in water until they are full and firm, which takes about 30 minutes. Massaging them can make this faster.
2. After soaking, dry the inserts and place them in the freezer for at least 1 hour. For the best results, freeze them for 10 hours or overnight. Keep the inserts flat in the freezer.
3. Put the frozen inserts in the jacket pockets. Place the plastic side towards the inside of the jacket for better cooling.
4. You can reuse the inserts, which is good for the environment and saves you money.
