Sparco “Custom Easy” Prime Custom Design Race Rally Suit
The Sparco Custom Easy offers a personalized race rally suit experience, allowing you to select colors and incorporate logos. In contrast, the Sparco Prime race rally suit is a high-performance garment designed for optimal comfort, safety, and weight reduction. Approved by FIA 8856-2018, the Prime utilizes advanced materials and technology.
This racing rally suit focuses on weight-saving features, including a lighter zipper and slimmer cuffs, all crafted from breathable, anti-static Nomex fabric. The flat stitching pattern enhances the suit’s design, and the FHR device-friendly epaulette reduces pressure during competitions.
Constructed with cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art technology, the Sparco Prime race suit employs modified attachments (cuffs, zipper, stretch material, epaulettes, etc.) to optimize weight and comfort. It stands out as one of the lightest off-the-shelf suits available, thanks to meticulous details such as a lighter, slimmer zipper, reduced weight in wrists, ankles, neck, and shoulders, and ultra-thin seamless stitching for a flat pattern.
Featuring floating sleeves and stretch panels made from a lightweight, ultra-breathable fabric, the outer layer consists of DuPont Nomex® comfort fabric with efficient anti-static properties. Drawing from Formula 1 experience, the FHR device-friendly shoulder epaulette is designed to alleviate pressure during competition, and integrated handles aid in extraction.

- Choose your size – standard Sparco suit size (48-66), standard plus small alterations (additional cost) or customised made-to-measure (additional cost).
Design / Ordering – WITHOUT LOGO
To give you an idea of a starting price for your custom suit, choose the size required and in the option of “ Select Custom Logos, select the bottom option (No Logos)”. This will give you a base price for your suit

Here you can design the suit and make as many changes as you wish. The price is fixed for all changes unless you add logos (see the logo design option below).

Design / Ordering – WITH LOGO
To determine the cost of your personalized suit, begin by selecting the required size. Proceed to the online configurator, Grandprix Racewear – Sparco Custom Easy Race Suit where you can design your chosen suit model and add logos as needed. After uploading and positioning all logos, take note of the Consumed Credits displayed on the Logo page. Return to our website and choose the corresponding number of Logos to reveal the final suit price.
Once satisfied with the design and price of your unique custom race suit, click on “SEND ORDER REQUEST.” Navigate back to our website, add the suit to your basket, and complete the checkout as usual. A team member will contact you to confirm all details.
Please be aware that delivery takes approximately 4-6 weeks.

Terms & conditions of bespoke work
- Customers have final responsibility for the accuracy of their measurements/sizing.
- No refunds will be given on bespoke suit orders, unless the suit is faulty and cannot be repaired.
- A 50% deposit must be paid on ordering the suit and the remaining 50% before the suit is released.
- Suppliers’ delivery times vary. We are not responsible for their delays. We will advise you of any delays.
- We can make modest adjustments locally with appropriate fireproof materials using our approved seamstress. There will be an additional charge for this.
