Sparco Grid Q Sky Fibreglass Seat

Sparco Grid Q Sky Fibreglass Seat

The Grid Q Sky seat retains all the outstanding features of the Grid Q, but adds a durable waterproof vinyl cover, specifically designed for use in challenging environments. This seat is engineered with several removable cushions, giving drivers the flexibility to customise their fit according to personal comfort preferences and body types.

Constructed using Sparco’s advanced QRT (Quick Reaction Technology) manufacturing method, the Grid Q Sky is exceptionally lightweight at just 7 kg. This makes it an ideal choice for off-road adventures, motorsports, and other scenarios where seating is frequently exposed to the elements.

Key Features:

Innovative QRT Manufacturing: The state-of-the-art production process results in significantly reduced weight while maintaining uncompromised safety and structural rigidity, ensuring optimal performance even in demanding conditions.

Washable and Waterproof Cover: The high-quality waterproof vinyl cover not only provides added protection against moisture but is also easy to clean, promoting longevity and maintaining aesthetics.

Modular and Removable Cushions: The thoughtfully designed modular cushions can be easily removed or adjusted to create a more personalised seating experience. This feature allows drivers to address specific comfort needs.

Superior Lateral Support: With high lateral leg support and a low-profile leg cushion, the design ensures that the driver’s legs are securely held within the seat, enhancing overall safety during movement and providing better control when navigating rough terrain.

The modular cushions are secured in place using a Velcro system, allowing for quick adjustments or complete removal when desired. This versatility also facilitates the option to install a resin seat kit for those who prefer a more customised seating solution. The seat features a robust fiberglass shell designed for maximum durability and rigidity, equipped with five harness slots and side-mount threaded receptacles, ensuring compatibility with a variety of racing harnesses and safety systems.

Overall, the Grid Q Sky is an exceptional choice for those seeking a functional and customisable seat that excels in performance and comfort.

What is QRT?
Quick Resin Technology (QRT) is a cutting-edge manufacturing process developed by Sparco, designed to produce the lightest and most resilient fiberglass shell racing seats available in the market. By employing specialised resin formulations and innovative molding techniques, the QRT range achieves a remarkable 30% weight reduction compared to traditional fiberglass seats—all without compromising on safety standards or overall quality. This makes the QRT-R Sky seat an ideal choice for racers who demand performance, comfort, and security on the track.
