Sparco Roll Cage Additional Cross Brace Bars
This comprehensive kit features universal additional weld-in brace bars specifically designed to enhance and update existing Appendix J roll cages. It includes a selection of high-quality bars and robust gussets that enable effective cross reinforcement for both the rear structure and the roof, thereby increasing the overall rigidity and safety of the roll cage.
All tubing is crafted from Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) steel, measuring 40mm in diameter and 2mm in wall thickness, ensuring durability and strength under the most demanding conditions.
The kit comprises the following components:
– 1 x 1500mm long tube, ideal for extending the structural support.
– 1 x 850mm long tube, designed for versatile applications within the cage framework.
– 1 x 650mm long tube, suitable for various reinforcement angles.
– 1 x 1000mm long tube featuring a precise 7° central bend, engineered for optimal fit in angled installations.
– 2 x 500mm long tubes, perfect for additional support or connections between existing roll cage elements.
– 4 x durable gussets, providing critical junction stability and rigidity.
Each tube within the kit is delivered in lengths that are intentionally designed to allow for easy cutting and profiling, enabling customisation to suit a wide variety of vehicle models and configurations. This flexibility ensures a tailored fit that meets specific racing or safety regulations while maintaining overall performance criteria.
