Sparco Steering Wheel Quick Release Racing Electric
The Sparco “quick release” adapter is a high-quality component designed to fit seamlessly between the steering wheel and the boss kit, providing an exceptional level of convenience and functionality. This adapter offers an innovative solution for drivers who need to remove their steering wheel quickly, making it significantly easier to enter and exit the vehicle. This is especially useful for those with tightly fitted roll cages or bucket seats, which can significantly limit access space inside the cockpit.
One of the standout features of this adapter is the pre-wired 8-pin Lemo connection. This connection is not only durable but also versatile, allowing it to interface effortlessly with a range of steering-wheel-mounted instruments and controls, such as ignition switches, horn buttons, and various display systems. This means you won’t have to sacrifice functionality for ease of use.
The design of the adapter incorporates a master spline, ensuring precise alignment every time you reattach the steering wheel. This feature guarantees that the steering wheel is always positioned correctly, which is crucial for maintaining control and safety during driving. In addition, the adapter employs an intuitive release system that allows you to detach the steering wheel in seconds, so you can focus on maximising your driving experience without the hassle of cumbersome setups.
Overall, the Sparco Steering Wheel Quick Release Racing Electric adapter combines practicality, safety, and high performance, making it an essential addition for racing enthusiasts and anyone looking to enhance their driving experience.
