If you’re finding it challenging to position your forward-facing camera for an optimal view of the track, the RaceLogic Camera Mount Extension may be just what you need.
This robust extension bar extends the camera’s position by an impressive 100 mm. This added length is particularly advantageous for vehicles equipped with deep sun strips, as it enhances your visibility through the windscreen, providing a broader and clearer view of the action. This means you’ll no longer experience the frustrating “letterbox” effect that can hinder your perspective while recording.
Designed with versatility in mind, this extension is compatible with any mount featuring a standard 1/4″ UNC thread, ensuring easy integration with your existing setup.
In the accompanying image, you can see the Camera Mount Extension pole attached to the RLACS116 Camera Ring Clamp (at the top) and the RLACS260 Roll Cage Camera Mount (at the bottom). Please keep in mind that the RLACS116 and RLACS260 are sold separately and are not included with the extension.
