Please note that the following special terms apply to custom orders;
Customers have final responsibility for the accuracy of their measurements/sizing.
- No refunds will be given on bespoke suit orders unless the suit is faulty and cannot be repaired.
- A 50% deposit must be paid on ordering the suit and the remaining 50% before the suit is released.
- Suppliers’ delivery times vary. We are not responsible for their delays. We will advise you of any delays.
- We can make modest adjustments locally with appropriate fireproof materials using our approved seamstress. There will be an additional charge for this
